Rubber Bale Cutter

For sample preparation of sections rubber / polymer bales in a laboratory environment

The bale is placed on this roll conveyor and the desired section size is pushed in the bale cutters. After that you only have to push two safety buttons to activate the cutting process.

For safe operation the lab ball splitter is equipped with a two-hand safety control features. In addition, the cutting room is covered in transparent safety glass.

The CP 3000 is fully pneumatic and does not require an electrical connection. The entire structure of the unit complies with all applicable standards and guidelines.
