Mooney Sample Cutter

Fast and exact production of test samples for mooney viscometer measurement

This sample cutter works with a doubly working pneumatics cylinder system. This always ensures an equal test sample volume. The volume adjustment is made very simply by the adjusting ring underneath the stamp. A center hole for the rotor shaft is also punched out.

For safe operation the volume cutter is equipped with a two-hand safety operation system.

The production of mooney test samples is made in two steps:

Compression of the material to a constant volume
Cutting of the test sample
