The MonControl Analysis software is an extensive and user-friendly test software for Rheometer and Mooney testing instruments. MonControl Analysis Software is compatible with any Rheometer or Mooney on the market.

The MonControl analysis software is based on the most modern software technologies and developed on the Microsoft® Windows® platform.

Test configuration system

A main part of the MonControl Analysis software is the dynamic test configuration system which makes it possible to create, edit, and organize a wide variety of tests quickly and easily.

Selection of a test configuration is made using an automatic search which shows only the test configurations whose names or additional information match the search criteria. Test configurations can also be selected from their defined groups.

In the test configurations system general settings, such as test duration or temperature can be entered for specific compounds. Measurements can comfortably be selected from a list by drag & drop. Different types of limit values can also be entered.

Testing

The software permits you to monitor the test process live on the screen. Two graphs of 11 possible measurands can be represented in the graph. In addition the temperature graph of the upper and lower test chamber and the oscillation movement of the motor is shown. Ten specification/measurement values (2 of this are freely eligible) are shown on the main screen numerically at the same time.

The test time is selected via MonControl software. The scaling of the time-axis and test time are automatically adjusted.

Test and result report

In the MonControl analysis Software a print preview is also available besides numerous options for printing the data table. With the help of a simple mouse click a printout of the test data will be started automatically after every test sequence. In addition pass and fail sheets can be printed directly from the software. Of course different local or network printers can be chosen for that.

Data module

The MonControl data module enables to calculate, evaluate and print test results

Loading tests for the assessment is made by the selection of the test confi guration, the date as well as several free defi nable matched fi lters in which the selection of the test confi guration has the same search function like the test confi guration system.

The data table gives a fast survey of test in which the measurements are in or outside the limit values. Furthermore statistical values like the mean average value or the standard deviation are indicated. It is also possible to show the measurements in a 3D graphic for trend analysis.

Data processing and export

The MonControl analysis software offers functions for the processing and export of the test data. So tables can be stored in the Excel format for example through which these are at your disposal for further analysis.

For further statistical assessment of the tests the MonStat statistics software1 can get the test data directly from the database of the MonControl analysis software and reprocess them - without annoying and time consuming export and conversion of the data into other formats.

Customization

If functions that are required by you are not yet available in the MonControl analysis software, we are willing to integrate these into the software system.

System settings

The system settings of the MonControl analysis Software allow the user of the software to adapt it to his needs. Special test: cure rate

By means of an MDR or D-MDR 3000 testing instrument and the special test cure rate it is possible to create test series for the production of test samples with a pre-defined cure rate. Therefore the tests of the test sequence were cancelled when the test- specificcure rate is reached.

In the options of the special test up to 20 tests can be entered with arbitrary test and- abort values. The test- and abort value of the first test always is at 100% since this is regarded as a reference test and is necessary for the calculation of the current cure rate.

In an online display the current cure can be observed besides the test- and abort value during the sequence. Moreover, the calculated minimum and maximum are shown in the online graphic.

After every single test the identified minimum and the real test- and abort values are written down on a table. This table can be looked through by the user at any time.

Database system

The standardized database access by ODBC enables the MonControl analysis Software to connect fast and easy to every common database system.
