Rheometer Sample Cutter

Fast and exact production of test samples for rotorless rheometer measurement

This sample cutter works with a doubly working pneumatic cylinder system. This always ensures an equal volume of the test samples. The volume adjustment is made very simple by the adjusting ring underneath the stamp.

For safe operation the volume cutter is equipped with a two-hand safety operation system.

The production of rheometer test samples is made in two steps:

Compression of the material to a constant volume
Cutting of the test sample
